It's time to knit

As I start writing this blog, I have so many ideas for things I want to knit. I hope that as you read my blog, you will also share what you are knitting. I am currently working on an afghan for a nurse who took care of me while I was recovering from cancer.
She is an amazing person and I found a wonderful pattern for an afghan. I'll take pictures of it when it's done.

In the past year I have probably knitted about 50 baby blankets for charity. I love making these blankets. There quick to make and just knowing that it will keep a child warm, warms my heart.

Well I have to go knit. So let's all knit one, purl one.
